Can I pick up my order in Malax?

- Yes, you can. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to arrange a pickup time with us.
Do you have color samples to look at?

-Yes we have color samples for most of the colors we sell. Contact us if you want to come and have a look!
What are your opening hours?

- We are currently renovating our shop premises on Kopparbyvägen and do not have regular opening hours.
You are welcome to visit us at Tuvasvägen 16 1 and shop in our small warehouse store, but please contact us beforehand using the contact form below so we can arrange a time.
Do you have product X?

- If the product is available in the webshop and is not marked as sold out, it is in stock and can be ordered.

Other products from Ottosson/Gysinge/Av jord that we do not have in stock can be ordered for you. We place product orders approximately once a month. Please contact us to see what we can do (most things are possible).
Can you reserve product X for me?

- Place an order through the webshop, pay, and choose pickup as your delivery method.
Do you ship to the Åland islands?

Yes, we do. We have a tax border number and handle all customs and VAT declarations to Åland. As a customer in Åland, you do not need to clear customs or pay any additional VAT on our goods. If you still receive a notification to clear a shipment from us through customs, please contact us immediately using the form below and we will resolve it!"
