Prices

The prices in Allmoge byggnadsvård's webshop and physical store are in euros with 25.5% VAT, except for books which have 13.5% VAT.

Assortment

In our webshop, you can see which products are currently in stock. We order more products approximately once a month from the companies we are resellers for (Gysinge Byggnadsvård, Ottoson Färgmakeri, Av jord). If an item is temporarily out of stock or if you want us to bring in a specific product, please feel free to contact us.

Payment

In the webshop, you pay for your products and shipping cost when you place an order. You can pay with credit card, Klarna, or Shop Pay and Google Pay. You can place an order without registering as a customer.

You can contact us if you wish to pay by invoice and want to pick up the products in Malax.

In our physical store (opening summer 2026), you can also pay with cash or card. We have the same selection in the physical store as in the webshop.

Shipping fee and delivery within Finland

Currently, we only deliver within Finland. We use Shipit, and you choose which carrier you want to use from the following: DB Schenker, Matkahuolto, Posten, Postnord. The price of shipping depends on the package's weight and is calculated at checkout. You can also choose to pick up your order yourself in Malax, in which case no fee applies.

Delivery terms

We dispatch your order as soon as possible; if all products are in stock, we try to ship the package the same day or at the latest the next day.

If you want to order a product that is not in stock, we place an order with our suppliers approximately once a month. Contact us, and we can tell you when the next order will be placed.

For sustainability reasons, we reuse boxes and packaging materials.

Right of return/Complaint

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return it within 14 days. Visit our physical store or contact us, and we will arrange it; this also applies if the product is damaged or faulty.

If the product has been damaged during transport, you must report this to the shipping company.

Customer information

We will never disclose your contact information to anyone else. If you wish to register for newsletters, you can register your email address.
