Matte linseed oil paint is a beautiful paint with an exceptionally matte surface and intensely deep color. It is incredibly versatile, easy to apply, and adheres well to most surfaces. It is particularly beautiful as an indoor wall or ceiling paint. But it can also be painted on plastered surfaces, furniture, and woodwork.

Our various colors suit both historical and modern environments and harmonize well with each other. Our matte linseed oil paint is handcrafted in our own factory from pigments and the finest linseed oil. Because the paint is thicker than regular linseed oil paint and contains rich pigments, full coverage is achieved after only two coats. Additionally, it has a fast drying time (four hours)! Another advantage of matte linseed oil paint is that it can be applied relatively thickly without problems. This can be useful, for example, when you want the paint to fill in many nail holes and irregularities. It's even possible to apply the paint with a thick painting brush, instead of a regular paintbrush! Naturally, the most beautiful result is achieved by painting thinly and multiple times, but unlike regular linseed oil paint, "raisining" does not occur when the matte linseed oil paint is applied too thickly. And it dries, even if it is painted too thickly.
