Matte linseed oil paint is a beautiful paint with an exceptionally matte finish and intensely deep color. It is incredibly versatile, easy to apply, and adheres well to most surfaces. It is particularly beautiful as a wall or ceiling paint indoors. But it can also be used on plastered surfaces, furniture, and woodwork.

Our various colors suit both historical and modern environments and harmonize well with each other.

Our matte linseed oil paint is handcrafted in our own factory from pigments and the finest linseed oil. Because the paint is thicker than regular linseed oil paint and contains rich pigments, full coverage is achieved after only two coats. In addition, it has a fast drying time (four hours)!

Another advantage of matte linseed oil paint is that it can be applied relatively thickly without problems. This can be useful, for example, when you want the paint to fill in a lot of nail holes and irregularities. It is even possible to apply the paint with a thick painting brush, instead of a regular brush! Naturally, the most beautiful result is achieved by applying thin coats multiple times, but unlike regular linseed oil paint, no "raisins" are formed when the matte linseed oil paint is applied too thickly. And it dries, even if it is painted too thickly.
